On September 12th – 13th 2017, Shanghai experienced one of the most important gastronomic events: Sabor Fusion Shanghai Chef Congress. With the aim of bringing together world cuisines, Sabor Fusion Shanghai has cemented its position as leading showcase for global cuisine in China. To culminate the congress, the Michelin Starred chefs Diego Guerrero from Sabor & Dstage along with Josean Alija from Nerua participated together in a Four hands Michelin Dinner at Sabor. Juerui Industry wanted to be part of the event and Roda Reserva was chosen to be paired with one of the dishes and brought a new tasting experience to the participants.
