Ramon Pena Chef’s Dinner at Pirata

On September 26^th 2017, Juerui Industry celebrated Chef’s Table at Pirata with one of their premium brands：Ramon Pena canned seafood. It was a clear demonstration about how the traditional canned seafood can be transformed into creative and gourmet tapas. An exclusive group of chefs attended the event with and enjoyed a variety of tapas such as the most delicious sardines, the tastiest squids or razor-shells. All of the recipes were designed and cooked by chef Ling from Pirata. During the dinner, the representative of Ramon Pena Cristina Agra, explained the particularities of the fish and seafood from Galicia Bay due their uniqueness, these are rich in nutrients and perfect for a healthy diet. The products of Ramon Pena are “capsules of the time” ready to taste at any time.
