Spain Deli day

Spain Deli Day was a special gastronomical day organized by the Spanish Foreign Trade Commission ICEX with the aim of spreading Spanish passion for food. They specially focused on gourmet products such as Iberico Ham and Cheeses, but also invited the companies to bring other delicacies such as olives, canned seafood or gourmet juices.

To make this happen, they organized a ham carving master and a carving contest. Juerui Industry attended with their Iberico Ham brand Blazquez. The event was a success and the attendees and KOL could enjoy a beautiful gastronomical experience seeing the art of carving and enjoying the best Spanish Iberico Hams.
