On September 19th ,a premium Spanish ham tasting took place at Xibarita, the Juerui’s own shop in Sinan Mansion. Blanzquez, as our new premium ham brand introduced from Spian, this event means it has been officially launched in china, and we are happy to introduce such a high quality ham and its unique culture to all food lovers in here. Two days before this, we have already organized a tasting event with our distributor in Wuhan, to open the market of second-tier city. In Beijing, we also presented Blazquez products in a cooking class organized by Siemens, and attracted lots of ham lovers to attend.

As the third station for series Blazquez event, Xibarita tasting is the last but not least one. Export Director Luis Sánchez and master carver Jose Luis López shown up in the event to share the brand story and concept of production, and of course to teach how to appreciate ham for our media guests face to face. For this event, we selected two blazquez products: Admiracion jamon bellota and jamon cebo, and in order to follow the best way of appreciating ham in Spain, we also prepared Spanish extra virgin olive oil and bread to match with. Jose Luis López even brought his ham cutting knifes from Spain, and showed us his exquisite technique of cutting, we can see that every cut was so perfect in the size and thickness, while fat and meat of each slice was balanced well. It’s just like presenting the art in front of us, and helped to add deeper layer to the experience of enjoying the ham.

Spanish always believe “Good quality Iberia ham shares same quality of extra virgin olive oil”, we can’t agree this word any more after tasting Blazquez ham. No one will forget whatever its texture or aroma, even just with a bite.
