On March 5th the first ham fiesta this spring took place. It was a colossal organizational work. The attendees tried more than 25 wines from 7 different wineries.
Juerui Industry participated with their white wine from Galicia Don Pedro Soutomaior, Castillo de Monjardin awarded rosé wine Rosado de Lágrima, Particular Young, this 100% Garnacha wine from Bodegas San Valero, Sela from Bodegas Roda in Rioja, also with our iconic wine 1780 from the Castell del Remei winery in Costars del Segre, and lastly two wines from Yllera Winery: Yllera 12 months and Yllera 24 months. All and all an ode to wine and to the different Spanish regions that produce it.
Together with this impressive selection of wines, the largest amount of Spanish wines ever gathered in an event of this characteristics in China, the guests had the opportunity to pair it with best Spanish ham: Blazquez Iberico Ham and with some traditional Spanish tapas.
The party was a feast for the senses and an excellent place to let the gastronomic family of Shanghai grow!
