The prestigious business school hosted an event for their students and requested Xibarita to be part of it. Xibarita and Jamones Blazquez had a live ham carving station with their latest introduction in the market: Iberico Shoulder.
It was the perfect occasion to enjoy a Blazquez Iberico Shoulder since it was a private small gathering, and the whole piece was used for the event.
