Sexy Iberico Night @ Tomatito!

Every Wednesday night Chef Ramon Verano from Tomatito prepares a special menu for his guests. On May 20th, he teamed up with Juerui Industry and prepared an amazing Iberico Pork Night. The menu started with the Iberico pork rib in homemade BBQ sauce, traditional broken eggs with Iberico secreto, Iberico neck boneless at his own style, called “Botafumeiro” smoked with rosemary and the top one: Paella with Iberico secreto and Mushrooms, simply a breathtaking dish!

All the Iberico cuts chef Ramon used for his menu were Blazquez Iberico Meat. The “Iberico” meat presents in his fat more of a 55% of oleic acid, which is very indicated to maintain healthy the cardiovascular system and to reduce the cholesterol levels. In addition it contains vitamins B1, B6 and B12 and folic acid, as well, as mineral essential especially zinc. All this features make “Iberico” pig a source of perfectly balanced diet.
