After the cooperation agreement between St. Regis Hotel and Juerui Industry at the end of August, Juerui Industry prepared its team to organize a training among the St. Regis Hotel staff to let them know more about the Spanish culture and more specifically about the understanding of Jamones Blazquez. A professional ham training for the employees was carried out and Juerui Industry master carver was there to teach our client how to carve an iberico acorn ham by hand. Also the necessary material was provided to the hotel to master the best service to their customers when carving ham and to let them know the main difference among a “pata negra” pig and a white pig. All the staff seemed very happy and motivated to develop new skills and feel confident when talking about such a luxury product highly appreciated by the Chinese customers.
