Juerui Industry was participant at the last SHANGHAI SUPPERCLUB private event with its premium mineral water CABREIROA. SUPPERCLUB hosts private dinner parties that always bring a new and interesting mix of people together around one table, combining chef collaborations with changing locations for one-off events. On June 29th Farm Fresh edition took place with an exclusive dinner made by Chinese chef Shiyin Wang, founder of Kaixin Cooking. Special menu was designed for the gourmet guest experts on gastronomy and Cabreiroa mineral water was chosen for the special event due to the product uniqueness and healthy properties. With its origins in Galicia, Spain the water has been certified as a medicinal mineral water by Santiago Ramón y Cajal, winner of the Nobel Prize in Medicine. The volcanic activity that continues beneath the soil guarantees the excellent quality and wide variety of the region’s medicinal mineral waters – a region that stands out as one of the most important hydrogeological areas in Europe. Cabreiroa’s aquifer is fed by the rainwater that falls on the lands in one of the best-preserved areas of Galicia.
