Cesar Nieto Iberico pork dinner at El Willy, Spanish happy restaurant

On November 15th 2018, Juerui Industry and Cesar Nieto presented a successful ‘Pata Negra’ dinner at El Willy Spanish happy restaurant. El Willy is a contemporary Spanish restaurant by Willy Trullas. The place is located on the redeveloped Bund with a particular decoration and plenty personality. The menu designed for the dinner was Iberico pork meat based. Guests were surprised by the versatility of this meat being prepared in different ways with surprising ingredients that gave to the meat a substantial switch to which we are used to. Koen Vessies prepared a magnificent menu where the raw thin Iberico pork presa with white truffle, sea salt and tomato and the caviar and smoked Iberico pork belly gave the guests a lot of to talk about.
