Tomatito Spanish Paella Day participated by Juerui Industry and Xibarita

On August 25^th 2018, Juerui Industry and Xibarita participated as the exclusive sponsor at the Spanish party celebrated at Tomatito. The restaurant is the latest creation from Willy Trullas, a casual, colorful and quirky Spanish tapas bar located in the heart of the city.  The main attraction during the event was the XXL paella cooked by chef Ivan Fernandez, using the company brand CESAR NIETO pork ribs as main ingredient, which gave to the recipe a wild touch that everyone loved. Coto de Hayas white and red were selected for the wine offer.  Young and fruity wines from Bodegas Aragonesas coming from vigorous and robust vineyards located at Campo de Borja. A total of 3700 hectares of vineyards formed by red, stony soil that provides the best environment for the principal grape variety, grenache, tempranillo, syrah and chardonnay.
