Jamones Blazquez was chosen as the Iberico ham brand to represent the New Year Eve at The Chop Chop Club

From Juerui Industry we are very proud to announce that Jamones Blazquez was the brand selected by The Chop Chop Club’s chef to be offered during the special night of Dec 31st. This restaurant  is the new creation of the French chef Paul Pairet that is focus on a carvery menu of largely sharing portions of both meat and fish. All dishes are scheduled to come off the pass at regular intervals with some larger pieces of meat to be shared between different unconnected tables. NYE was the perfect occasion to delight the clients with iberico ham to please the most demanding palates. Since 1932 Jamones Blázquez is committed to produce excellent products from Guijuelo based on natural processes.
