On July 26th 2017, Juerui Industry and Jamones Blázquez were supporting the tasting dinner at Bar Constellation. A bar group considered as a “hidden” gem for expats in Shanghai, offering very premium food menu along with an exhaustive selection of cocktails and wines. At that night a ham carving show was carried out during the event accompanied by whisky and wine which added a rich flavor to the night.
