Anchovies L’Escala Event In Xibarita

On March 27th 2017, the company president Enric Fanlo of Anxoves de L’Escala from Girona (Spain) visited Juerui Industry and participated in a nice event in cooperation with Juerui Industry at Xibarita. During the event, Mr. Enric Fanlo showed us the meticulous production process, tradition, benefits and flavor of the best anchovies in Spain.

At the same time, one of the most prestigious Chef in Shanghai, Mr. Pol Garcia made a show cooking with the delicious anchovies and leeting the clients participate by cooking and tastinf the flavor of the Mediterranean tapas.




Recipe: Anchovies with Baguette & Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Anchovies

Baguette

Tomatoes

Olive oil

Preparing:

Cut two slices of baguette and one piece of tomato in small pieces, then mix together in a bowl. Add the oil of anchovies to make it more soft and tasty.

Select two anchovies and add on them the mix of tomato and bread. Finish the tapa rolling the anchovies and hold with a toothpick. It is a creative presentation and easy to eat.
