ORTO VINS WINE DINNER at SABOR

The past October 26th was celebrated an authentic feast for the palates. The dinner took place at Sabor by Diego Gueerrero, a three Michelin stars well recognized by his creativity, technique, execution front, and value. More than 30 reservations were made for this wine and food paired dinner. Juerui Industry along with Sabor team organized this successfully 9 courses dinner paired with ORTO wines: Blanc D’Orto, Orto, Les Comes d’Orto, Palell, Les Tallades de cal Nicolau, La Carrerada and Les Pujoles.

The winery representative came from Spain to present their beautiful wines, crafted “right way”, as the name of Orto symbolizes. These four wines coming from 4 single vineyard wines of very limited production made from very old autochthonous vines from the Montsant region. Both Sabor and Orto Vins worked to put all flavors together and capture the essence of a new culture of creative cuisine paired with biodynamical wines. The menu designed retained the natural aromas and taste of the best ingredients meant to excite the mind by the creation of an extraordinary experience with stunning flavors pleasing all the senses at once.
