On the evening of October 29th, we gathered at Xibarita for a “Gourmet Duo”: Yllera wines and Blazquez Admiración ham. It is said that food and wines should always go hand on hand, and for that reason we invited Mr. Gabriel Martinez from Grupo Yllera to present their Ribera del Duero wines as well as their elegant Garcilaso from Toro, and Mr. Jose Luis García, master carver of Blazquez, to show us the art of ham carving and share with us many interesting tips.
It was a very pleasant evening: guests enjoyed the casual environment and the approachable presentations of both speakers, but above all, everyone was delighted by the impressive wines and Iberian ham.
