On May 26th-30th, Mr. Marcos Yllera, the President of Yllera Group came to Shanghai from Spain to visit Juerui Industry, and have a meeting with Mr. JinLin, the President of Juerui Industry. Through the conversation, both have showed the strong faith in business development in the future as stable relationship has been established in the past years. During his visit, Mr. Yllera also presented a serie of tasting events in Xibarita, Ottimo and El Patio for Chinese customers and media, to create a fantastic experience of wine tasting, and meanwhile offered a great opportunity for us to learn more about Yllera wines and the stories behind it.
On May 27th, an Yllera wine dinner took place at Ottimo Oyster Bar&Restaurant in Surpass Court. Japanese Chef Mr. Watanabe created a special menu to pair with Yllera wines. The NewZeland oysters with Cantosán Verdejo created a great sensation and most guests were particularly impressed by Yllera Vendimia Seleccionada (22months in oak) among other wines. The dessert was a total surprise: the chef delighted everyone with his homemade ice creams that matched perfectly with Yllera 5.5, the partially fermented wine from Yllera that is creating a whole new trend.
On May 29th, it was a interesting bubble night for Xibarita, because we drank bubbles ( Sparkling), and blew the bubbles. a small contest also happend between the guest to show the best at bubble blowing, the winner was awarded a signnatured Cantosan Sparkling wine by Mr.Yllera.
On May 30th, we organised a Yllera wine dinner at El Pation,the best Spainish Restanrunts in Shanghai, to bring the guests a lovly weekend accompanied with fine wine and food.
