On March 3rd, Tomatito and Juerui Industry teamed up for one more great night of fun, fine wines and excellent food.
This time, they launched a new concept of wine dinner: The Pantone dinner! They chose one colour and put together a menu and wine pairing mostly using the selected colour. In this occasion the king colour was pink!
All 6 dishes prepared by Tomatito’s chef contained pink and were paired with rosé, white and red wines.
The wines selected for the occasion were Gramona Rosat Brut for the mise en bouche, Castillo de Monjardin Rosado de Lagrima also rosé for the starter followed by Don Pedro Soutomaior, Gramona Gessami and Yllera 24 months. To finish, a treat, sophisticated, special and matching the colour wine: a sweet wine typical from the south of Spain: Hechizo Moscatel.
Overall, a unique experience and a stylish dinner to warm up our hearts before the hard times that were awaiting Shanghai.
