On June 30th, Prodeca organized a tasting aimed at promoting some Catalan wineries in China. They invited 5 wineries among which Cara Nord and Castell del Remei and gathered several distributors to help this brands increase their market share in China.
European Quality Wines: Taste the difference (TTD) is a European Union Program addressed to promote and increase the knowledge of European wines in China and the US.The program lasts 3 years and includes different types of actions: Promotion on social media via influencers, participation in trade fairs, press events and study trips to Europe, to learn “in place” about values associated to European culture such as land of origin, tradition and quality wine. This program is created by the European Union and articulated by the regional associations such as Prodeca.
Juerui Industry participated in the event with the new vintages of Cara Nord White and Cara Nord Red, our organic wines from unpolluted air from “Conca del Barbera” in the South part of Catalonia and the memorable Castell del Remei. Castell del Remei dates its origins back to 1780. Castell del Remei was the first Catalan Winery to put aged wine in the market under their own brand and the first in Spain to work with the French grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Semillon Blanc.
