Juerui Industry and Azul Tapas Lounge joined together to prepare a four hands dinner with Eduardo Vargas and Manuel Gutierrez. An explosion of flavors coming from the vibrant latin food accompanied with the most authentic white and red wines from Rueda and Castilla y Leon. A unique menu featured with Spanish wines from Yllera Group, a family –owned winery with the legacy of six generations of winegrowers. They have been pioneers making wines long before the Rueda Designation of Origin was created. Nowadays Grupo Yllera is offering an upgrade version of the white wines doing night harvest to avoid oxidation exposing the grapes under the sunlight, which lead to reach wines of the best quality freshness and personality.
