On November 3 rd, La Maison partnered with Rioja Wines and Pol Garcia to present Rioja Fantastico, a wine and food festival highlighting 8 Rioja wineries paired with the creations of 8 top Shanghai’ s chefs. Continuing with the tradition, Juerui Industry featured Ramirez de la Piscina and Bodegas Roda, wineries from La Rioja Alta. Both cellars have a long trajectory with Juerui Industry, being accompanied the company for more than 8 years. White viura and rose were paired with the salmon explosion dish prepared by chef Koen Vessies, executive chef at El Willy Restaurant. Red wines made of tempranillo, garnacha and graciano was offered with cochinillo (suckling pig). Perfect paring to enjoy both products at their best expression!
