La Catedral de Navarra canned vegetables at El Willy brunch

On September 22^nd a full house brunch took place at El Willy, chef Willy Trullas enigmatic restaurant on the Bund. El Willy restaurant always aims to support Spanish brands and Spanish wineries, a real ambassador of Spanish gastronomy. A hand to hand menu was designed with Executive chef Koen Vessies. La Catedral de Navarra vegetables are outstanding product from Navarra. The secret of the quality in the rich fertile soil, thanks to the extreme temperatures and abundant rainfall, typical of the Navarrese Ebro valley (North east of Spain). Here, nature endows with her delicious products, preserving them for the most discerning palates.  A menu featured with LC leeks on a Spanish pizza topped with bacon; LC piquillo peppers stuffed with ham; LC baby broad beans on a Spinach, mint and kale salad; and a BBQ Wagyu “entraña” with LC asparagus. This delightful menu was paired with Castillo de Monjardin wines and the Spanish guitar from EKRAM, unbeatable brunch!
