For this special occasion veteran chef Brad Turley featured a California-style cuisine menu combined with Asian inspired dishes, pairing these amazing flavors combinations with wines from Galicia and Bierzo. Adegas Galegas is one of the latest acquisitions of Juerui Industry within its wine portfolio, a very young winery displaying the sweetness and freshness Albarino from D.O.Rías Baixas, and the sublime primary aromas and elegant and harmonious flavors from the Mencía grape from El Bierzo.
