Juerui Industry and Cesar Nieto were the focus of attention for the Food and Hotel China Fair

On November 13^th, 14^th, 15^th 2018, it was held the 22^nd edition of the FHC China in Shanghai. The fair welcomed about 2450 exhibitors from 69 countries and 91300 visitors. Juerui Industry and Cesar Nieto Iberico pork did not want to miss the opportunity to participate in the event due to the high demand of Iberico pork products that China is experiencing in the last years. Many importers are nowadays looking for an alternative to the beef and the Iberico pork is the best choice due to all the demonstrated health properties the meat contains. Cesar Nieto is a clear example of Spanish company that has decided to bet for the Chinese market, the company was born as a company in 1943 and though the three generations have been combining high quality and artisan tradition in the elaboration process.
