In the mid-September 2018, the second edition of SIP festival took place in Shanghai. Shanghai's own cocktail focused festival featuring Asia's best bartenders and beverages along with the best chefs in town preparing bites. Xibarita was featured as the restaurant offering Spanish tapas using the ingredients from the most premium brands by Juerui Industry: Jamones Blazquez, La Catedral canned vegetables, Ramon Pena canned seafood, Entrepinares cheese, etc. Guests could not resist Iberico ham dishes and manchego cheese, very gastronomic bites that could be enjoyed with any type of cocktail or drink.
