On May 23th 2017, Cheese from Extremadura D.O.P came to Xibarita to make a training for Juerui Industry staff. The Spanish cheese is very traditional and meticulously-made product. Juerui Industry has just released 4 different types of Cheese in its portfolio: Two goat cheeses, one of them madeog paprika and the other called ‘sudado’, gourmet product with a deep aroma and great personality. The other varieties are sheep cheeses, Manchego cheese and Torta de la Serena cheese. Torta de la Serena is the most special one with creamy texture, slightly bitter and intense aroma.
