On the night of 30th November, 2016, Juerui Industry and Yllera winery present a luxury dinner at Char Steakhouse Restaurant in Indigo hotel with an exceptional host: Mr. Marcos Yllera, president of the Group Yllera. It is a family-owned company with its foundations on the legacy of 6 generations of winemakers and vinegrowers. Over the years, the group has expanded from their first winery in Rueda to Ribera del Duero, Toro and also Rioja, bringing along their extensive winemaking expertise.
At the dinner, we met a perfect connection of Yllera wines and gourmet dishes. From the beginning of Cantosan Brut Sparkling wine by method champagne pairing with oysters, to the powerful fruity and a touch of oaky style Pepe Yllera 6 months in the oak barrel matching the Blazquez Iberian ham, then an excellent 2 years reserved level Yllera Tinto wine came with foie gras, but the most exciting pairing was the Bracamonte 2009 which has only few stocks in the world with the best Spanish Iberian pork. The limit edition of 25 anniversary Yllera 2005 wine came with the filet steak. It was the finest and elegant tannins dance with tender beef. At the end, Yllera 5.5 Verdejo, the ladies preference wines finished our Yllera wine dinner. All the wines from Yllera can really satisfied all of us, even you and me.
