Xibarita welcomed Spanish atelier Sherry winery – Fernando de Castilla. Mr. Fernando Romeo, the winery sales director and official Sherry Educator, came to Xibarita for a week full of events: Juerui staff training, media tasting, Horeca sommeliers masterclass and a special tasting with Spanish tapas for our Xibarita customers. Everyone showed great interested about this unique wine style and many questions came up regarding the solera system or the mysterious Palo Cortado, among others. So much charm in the glass delighted all our guests!
