Spanish Navarra D.O.’s Asparagus Tasting in Xibarita

Xibarita held a special tasting (not about the wines for this time) on White Asparagus and Wines (Sherry wine & White wine).

This event was a very international. We have guests from different countries; include Japanese, Chinese from Taiwan, French, and Chinese from mainland. Thanks to all of our coming clients.

White Asparagus has a special Umami. So let’s know more about new this charming vegetable and its matching rules, together. White Asparagus is known as the ivory, low quantity but high quality product. The Umami from Asparagus makes your palate very sensible to the flavor from Sherry and White Wines. It was a nice experience for all of us. Matching with olive oil also made it taste extraordinarily good. It leads all of us on the trip of Spanish style food tasting.

We have to mention one of our French guests, Nicolas, who has attended Xibarita Tasting event to celebrate his birthday. So Our Manager of Xibarita gave him a Monjardin Blanco as birthday gift. This bottle is one of the most popular white wines in Xibarita. Nicolas opened this bottle and shared his lucky and happy with everyone in the event. We expect more friends to celebrate their birthday or special day in Xibarita!
